In September,
2005, I called you regarding home care services for my husband, Nels. When we sat down to discuss what home care would
look like, you asked me what I specifically wanted. I told you Nels was my key concern and the most important thing to
me is he is treated with respect and dignity. Home care wasn’t about what the care givers could do for me around our home, it was about Nels. I told you when the care givers are done giving Nels his lunch and taking care of his personal needs, they can sit and visit with Nels or have a game of Crib or take him out on the deck on nice warm day to enjoy the sunshine. Laura, you and your staff at Care Connection Health Services listen and both Nels and I are very happy and satisfied with the on going high level of respect, care and service given by Care Connection.
